In the event of encountering a manufacturer defect or receiving a DOA item, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days from the original date of purchase. To initiate the RMA process, kindly get in touch with your dedicated sales representative. It is essential to retain the original packaging for all warranty claims, as items lacking the original packaging and serial number will not qualify for warranty coverage.


While we aim to offer comprehensive warranty coverage, certain items fall outside the scope of our warranty program. These include tanks, cartomizers, drip tips, opened e-liquids, replacement coils, and replacement pods. Additionally, accessories such as batteries, cotton, wire, prebuilt coils, build kits, and drip tips are also not covered. Moreover, items exhibiting damage caused by the end customer or subjected to water damage due to accidental drops or leaked juice are not eligible for warranty coverage.


To initiate the RMA process, please proceed by clicking the "Next" button below and filling out the online form before submitting your request. While picture and video uploads are not obligatory, providing the correct serial number from the packaging is essential to avoid RMA request denial. Typically, the serial number is located on the original product packaging. Following the submission of your RMA request, our dedicated RMA team will respond to your email within 2-5 business days.

We would like to bring to your attention that all hardware and disposables are considered final sales, and returns will only be accepted for defective products. Additionally, any items purchased from our clearance section or sale section are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Furthermore, it is crucial for vendors to thoroughly review orders before submission and carefully check final invoices before shipment. Items ordered incorrectly by the vendor are not eligible for return.

Please be aware that any order issues reported beyond 24 hours of receipt will not be covered by Valor Distributions.
